The female empowerment is a theme more and more present in advertising. But as we see this, the creative department of advertisign agencies still have very few women. There are plenty of female producers, planners and account executives, but too few women as art directors, designers, copywriters and creative directors. To prove it, we created a special edition of the One Show Vol. 37 containing only works that has a woman in the creative team. Thus, 61% of the annual disappeared. But in the remaining work we find something interesting: the higher the pencil, the higher the percentage of women in it. We will send this annual to creative directors worldwide, emphasizing this numbers. They will see that when a woman is in the work, it gets better. More women in the creative departments, more empathy and equality in the communication for brands and people.
